 +  * Mollicutes are bacteria, which the main differential characteristic is the lack of cell wall. They have been isolated and/or detected from mammals (including humans), birds, reptiles, insects, fish, crustaceans and plants. In addition, the hemoplasmas, a new mollicutes group was created after the reclassification of haemobartonellas and eperythrozoons. All mollicutes are commensals or parasites, while many are significant pathogens. In this context, the team was created to encourage the attempt of isolation and/or detection of new and emerging mollicutes of different hosts.
